A lot of sports can be really tough on the skin. Athletes who usually play under the sun would get dry and damaged skin. Getting water resistant sunscreens is a good idea because they do not come off easily in the water or if you sweat heavily. On the whole, athletes should never do without sunscreens. They offer protection and peace of mind, allowing you to train, play, and perform in confidence.
